Sarah Fulp, Office Manager & LMT

Sarah’s path to massage therapy was guided by her deep-rooted passion for wellness and a heartfelt desire to make a difference. Early on, while working with special needs individuals, she witnessed firsthand the profound impact that compassionate touch and intentional care could have on someone’s quality of life — an experience that inspired her to pursue massage therapy as her life’s work.

After graduation, Sarah partnered with a chiropractor, where she gained extensive experience treating a wide range of demographics, health conditions, and rehabilitation needs. She’s known for skillfully blending clinical knowledge with her love of holistic therapies, often incorporating aromatherapy and sound healing to create a deeply restorative experience that nurtures both body and mind.

Driven by a commitment to continuous learning, Sarah is eager to advance her expertise in medical massage and synergy release, while also exploring new holistic approaches to deliver a truly integrated mind-body experience for her clients.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll likely find Sarah surrounded by her four beloved pets, tending to her garden while studying herbology, or relaxing with her husband as they binge-watch favorite shows. Whether she’s in the treatment room or enjoying time at home, Sarah brings the same caring, thoughtful energy to all she does.

Crystal Szemple LMT

Crystal brings a unique blend of service, dedication, and holistic care to our team. With over 20 years in the Air Force Reserve, she embodies commitment and a profound sense of duty — qualities that naturally extend into her work in wellness.

A sports injury became a pivotal moment in Crystal’s life, sparking her passion for massage therapy and its power to help people heal in meaningful, holistic ways. Since then, her massage therapy journey has been diverse and enriching, ranging from partnering closely with a chiropractor to delivering restorative experiences in a spa setting. Through it all, she’s remained focused on her ultimate goal: becoming a physical therapist to expand her ability to serve others on their path to recovery and optimal health.

Crystal’s dedication doesn’t stop at her professional life. As a mother of three, she knows firsthand the importance of nurturing, patience, and showing up wholeheartedly for others. Outside of the clinic, you’ll likely find her working with her hands — crafting through woodworking and breathing new life into forgotten treasures, rediscovering their beauty much like she helps clients reconnect with their own well-being.

Whether she’s guiding someone toward pain relief or creating something beautiful from scratch, Crystal brings the same thoughtful care, skill, and heart to everything she does.

Judy Stephenson LMT

Judy’s journey into the world of wellness began as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), where she built a strong foundation in anatomy, rehabilitation, and patient care. While working at a wellness center in Fort Worth, she discovered her love for massage therapy, drawn by the powerful way it combines anatomical knowledge with hands-on techniques to bring real relief to people’s lives.

Today, Judy finds deep reward in helping clients ease pain and find comfort, skillfully blending her understanding of the body with her massage expertise to tailor each session to individual needs. Her passion for health doesn’t stop there — she’s driven by a desire to keep growing, continuously exploring new modalities and techniques to expand her ability to support others on their wellness journeys.

Judy’s love of learning also shines in her personal life. Whether she’s tending to her garden or traveling to experience new places and cultures, she approaches each adventure with curiosity and enthusiasm, always eager to deepen her understanding of the world around her.

Alana Williams Stretchologist

Originally from Chicago, Alana brings both heart and hustle to her role as our in-house stretch therapist. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition from Western Illinois University, where her love of movement and recovery deepened through years as a dedicated basketball and track athlete.

Her personal experience in athletics fueled a passion for understanding how the body moves, performs, and heals — ultimately guiding her toward a career focused on helping others thrive, both on and off the field. At Lorenz Total Wellness, Alana channels that passion into every session, using stretch therapy as a powerful tool to support athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and everyday individuals alike.

She’s especially driven by the ability to educate clients, helping them understand their bodies and empowering them to take charge of their mobility and well-being. Her long-term vision is to become an exercise physiologist, and she’s committed to continuously growing her knowledge and refining her techniques to become the best therapist she can be.

Outside of the clinic, Alana has a deep appreciation for art and music, and keeps her own body strong through weight training and Pilates. Above all, she is a devoted mother to her beautiful son — a role that fuels her motivation, compassion, and unwavering dedication in everything she does.

Erika Riopelle founder of EBR Physical Therapy

Erika is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) who contracts with Lorenz Total Wellness through her company, EBR Physical Therapy, bringing over 11 years of experience to the team. Though she’s been working with us for just a few months, her journey through hospital and clinical settings has given her a deep understanding of the human body — and an even deeper appreciation for holistic, whole-person care.

Early in her career, Erika realized that conventional approaches often focused on isolated symptoms rather than root causes. That insight led her to seek out a more integrated path — one that she found here at LTW. Drawn to our Synergy Release Technique (SRT) and whole-body philosophy, Erika is excited to continue expanding her skills and shifting away from “spot treating” toward viewing the body as a connected, functional chain.

Her commitment to learning and collaboration makes her company a perfect collaboration for the LTW approach, and clients love her thoughtful, clinical-meets-compassionate mindset.

Originally from North Dakota, Erika now enjoys soaking up life in Houston — whether that’s walking with her husband, exploring the city, or relaxing at home playing piano in her downtime.
